Travel costs

Please note that the above price list includes a 20 mile travel charge per appointment. For distances over 20 miles please add 50p per mile.  For distances over 90 miles please contact me.  Parking fees will be added extra.

Payment terms

To secure your booking, a non-refundable booking fee of £25 is required, payable by cheque or PayPal.  Please note that this amount is deductable from your total booking.  On the day of the consultation 50% of the total booking is required.  The remaining amount must be paid up to 7 days prior to the event.

Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation you must notify me as soon as possible.  Refund policy is as follows:

• up to two weeks' notice:  no refund
  

• two to four weeks' notice: 75% of the remaining amount refundable
  

• four to six weeks' notice: 50% of the remaining amount refundable
